Importing Face from XPS

Hi, does anyone know what is the best source for help on importing face from XPS, are there any specific tools available?  I am trying to import this one.

well, there's not a tool, addon or a easy way to do it, models, aside from doaxvv/x3 have very different structures, and to adapt them it would involve the use of the ''merge vertex groups'' function in blender and some other functions too, here's a video with some of that
