Well that is the main mod, but i am looking a mod that allows me to meanwhile a sex "event", i can change the speed, position, choice where to cum.

Sexlab has a plugin for sexlab tools. It doesn't change speed, but you can control the stages of an animation. 

Choosing where to cum is dependent on the animation (so whatever pack you downloaded). Some end on an inside shot and some end on an outside. You can kind of fake a choice with a cum on command button (looks mediocre, but that seems to be the limit of the Bethesda engine).

Sexlab tools and sexlab separate orgasm, i think this is what you are looking for
