Alternatives for SexLab Survival

So, as the title says, I'm looking for alternatives since I only want the harrassment, visible physical trauma, and sexist commentaries part of the mod without the bloat Sexlab Survival has.

I extracted the catcall feature from it. For traumas you could use apropos2 but it only has sex traumas.
