There are a lot of mods around to alter the size of dicks thus far, even a couple to give the dragonborn something more appropriate to lizards, but nothing for horse dongs? Any generous and talented soul willing to take up such a worthy endeavor?

well i'm kinda doin here something. my first mod. didt know how to apply texures yet, but i kinda make horsecock in blender with physics for bg3. i sure have a lot to do before i consider this mod is ready)

i did only one joint in this model coz big dicks in bg3 are too floppy

As an update though in general as per the topic of this thread, there is one mod currently on Nexus with a horse cock option here: https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/4649

 

However it only works on Tiefling Strong Female body type for some reason and the physics are very borked at the moment.

Played with vertex groups weights for a very long time, managed to use all the joints so the penis turned out to be beautiful, jiggly, but not to much. I'm happy) gA9VQCzL_o.jpgo much

i did check this mod but that horsecock has small pp inside and i didnt like the model)

in current state. in mod "Bag O' Dicks" in order to get horsedick on any caracter you need to unpack this mod with bg3-modders-multitool, get the files from tiefling - female strong, get the "Horse_Genital_B", rename it (in my game i cannot use them without propper renaming), and paste it in DISK:\where_your_game_folder\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\Characters\_Models\your_race\your_gender\Resources.

i renamed it and saved as "DWR_F_NKD_Body_Genital_C_NoHair". but also in order to get that horse dick from tiefling to shorter model you need to edit orientation of that dick in blender. also if you just download blender you will need to get import-export DOS2/BG3 collada exporter in order to open and save dick files. you will also need to get the ExportTool-v1.18.6 so collada exporter would work. if i will finish my mod i will link it here. glhf))

idk why but i can't import/export gr2 files without that plugin. dae yes, but not gr2. BG3 use gr2 files. that plugin make that u can imp/exp .dae and .gr2

All MBBW are ready. Only need to do regular models now.

 

I decided to give up on pubic hairs, too much work. the choice was: pubes/clean or erect/relaxed.

90% ready i think.

have some promlems with this textures:

HUM_M_NKD

HUM_MS_NKD

ELF_M_NKD (coz its same as HUM)

ELF_MS_NKD (coz its same as HUM)

HRC_M_NKD

HRC_F_NKD

i think problems with paths and names of DDS files

also not a big problem but i think HUM_F_NKD cant have HMVY.DDS so its a little bit bland

and tieflings cant have CLEA.DDS i think, so no spots on them

OK i did fix the:

textures, buuut. i still dont know how to fix that if i change for example ELF_MS_NKD_Body_A_Genital_B_HMVY that will fuck up all elf male dicks.

basically i did create cool textures for horse dongs, but with the price of a normal dicks textures. coz they are fucked up now :/
dont know how to fix that

i got how textures/materials work in bg3
mod is not 90% ready)))
more like 20-50%))

now i need to create new material for each race if i wanna that the game dont ruin other dicks textures.
basicly there are 2 materials for each race 1 for pussy 1 for dick. 3 in some race but 3rd is not used. if i edit textures for that material with custom uv unwrap on clea,nm,msk,hmvy files in blender it will ruin that material for every other model which use same material as well.

idk, mb i can use that 3rd not used material change it and apply as material for all my models in mod files. but i'm not sure that will work.

will be updating progress here

yup there are ELF_FS_NKD_Body_A_Genital_C_HMVY,CLEA,NM in game files, but ELF_FS_NKD_Body_A_Genital_C material with "ID" type="FixedString" value="c34a7bf2-6448-d792-554f-1c2540a1c04b" is not used.

i tested my theory with bagodicks mod

I have a bad news for you. In patch 5 many characters textures won't work anymore, cause game start using virtual textures instead + new shaders.

shaders can be brought back with "Trips' Old Shader Pack", and dds can be convertet to virtual textures, but i need to research how they work a little bit more)

actually i hate when gamedevs ruin mods with patches. i mean most of them dont think about modding community when they try to make the game better with patches)
i mean it is great that they keep working on the game but oh man)
