Character's face turns blue when gagged or during sex

This is a weird issue, as her face and body turn blue when gagged or during sex. Hands and feet don't change color. I am using 3BBB/3BA body and skins. When I look in showracemenu it shows that the face or body have drool, or sometimes other overlays, but the color is black. I have tried everything I can think of but when I think I have it fixed it comes right back. None of the NPCs have this issue, just my PC.
