Female top discoloration

There's a weird line across both of my female sims' chests. Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it? I tried the three options under top customization (default, default textureless, and native) and it didn't help. I removed all mods but wicked whims to make sure it wasn't another mod. That didn't help.

 

I created a new sim both in my household and outside of my household and there's no issue there. Then I checked another household and it wasn't happening to those sims. So it's only present on both of my sims in my played household. I deleted WW and re-downloaded it and nothing changed. I messed around in CAS with different skin tones and that didn't help.

 

 

If I change the sim to male then it goes away. I also have a mod that makes one of my female bodied sim's chest flat and if I add the flat chest (it works as a top) then the line goes away but otherwise it's present.
