Can 3BBB bodies Stomach bulge when sex?

Hello there, I'm playing fallout 4 again.

So I'm using 3BBB bodies, and I prefer Stomach bulge when sex.

Can  3BBB bodies Stomach bulge when sex? or have another AAF MOD can use to Support this?

Yeah, I think CHPC adds it by default, I had to turn mine off manually because it looks ridiculous.

Uh yeah I meant CBPC, collision based particle physics, I also use SMP but use CBPC for most of the body as it reduces lag significantly.

OK, I got it.

I using 3BBB+CBBE  with OCBP now, so I need change to OCBPC to  get bulge effect? or something?
