I'm looking for the CC of the puffy cloud-like things on this sim's neck & wrists. I use to have this CC, but it got lost in my recent mod clean out ?

there've already been a few times where I've needed use of it since then too!

 

 

this pic is off Saruin's patreon, but they didn't list where the puffs are from. I actually thought Saruin was the one who created them in the first place, but I don't see any download for them on their patreon.

 

please help me ?
