Need help with graphical issue.

Requesting help for a terrible and vicous issue. I had perfect looking fallout and i did something and now it looks absolutely horrendous. This ruined the game for me. Any tips which mods would be culprit causing such a massive volumetric and climate change towards the game? Thanks in advance.

Try to remember what have you done when game changed - what mod added etc. I can try to suggest disable all visual overhaul mods and then try to put that puzzle back.
