It's animated, activated via lesser power. You have to be in talking distance to the victim.

The kill does not count as crime.

TLDR

This is another spinoff of my "Agnis in Wonderland setup". It's a derivate of Harvesting Adventures, stand alone and changed activation via lesser power.

Recommended mod, Twisted Rings and it's masters (SLEN). Without, some effects will be missing.

As I will not uninstall Harvesting Adventures to test, I hope, I copied everything.

I mainly use this mod for the Dark Brotherhood kills, or drag some NPC essentials into the abandoned shack.

I love this idea, but would love to see it expanded on a bit, so it's not just a kill spell

 

For example, require both a poison and apple in your inventory (or craftable poisoned apples), and have a positive relation with the victim (so they trust you enough to eat it)
