Weird Problem, NPC turn invisible from time to time. (Problem located and solved)

Right now, I have a really weird problem with my game... my NPC, mostly female NPC tend to turn either partial or fully invisible... when they turn partial invisible, it almost look like i didnt run the bodyslide, but the problem will go away after a complete reboot of the game.. when it turn fully invisible, they dont go invisible at once but it look like they are fading out slowly... again, the problem go away after a complete reboot of the game... and the weirdest of all, it only happen to some NPC, not all of it... sometimes it's raiders, sometimes it's npc that is walking about your settlement.. and it doesnt seems to happen to unique NPC (NPC with name).. only randomly generated NPC (like raider scum or settler)... and it also doesnt seems to have a trigger, it just always happen at random time...

so what could have cause this weird bug?

Thanks.

update 01: it seems like a complete reboot of the game wasnt the only way to bring back invisible NPC... I just notice this yesterday when traveling with a NPC from commonwealth captives.. sometime the NPC would turn back visible by itself after walking around for a while or going to a new area or fast travel... after that, it might turn back invisible again... the chances of turning back visible is pretty low for walking around or going to a new area, but it always turn back visible after fast travel... i hope this new info helps.

update  02:  I think I might have found the source of the problem... it came from equipping chest armor... for some reason, equipping a chest armor like leather chest, metal chest, raider chest, ect ect.. causes female body to go invisible... for NPC, this sometime will turn them completely invisible...

this feel like a bodyslide problem but it cant be because it doesnt happen all the time... it only happen sometime and to some NPC... once i unequip chest armor from all female NPC, the problem goes away... but it still happen to randomly generated enemies NPC.

update 03:  I found the source of the problem, the culprit is MTM Physics preset-> https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/39195

Apparently for fusion girl, if you choose no armor physic, there is a chance that it will bug out and cause body or the whole character to go invisible if female character wear any chest armor.

If you choose ignore armor option, the problem goes away entirely... the only problem is, armor now will have jiggle physic... most of the time, it's unnoticeable (for natural setting at least, i imagine if you use a bouncier setting, it will be more noticeable) unless you are taking to an npc which have her arm folded or holding a riffle, then you can see the chest armor bend and compress as the boob bend and compress.

did you try to console command SLM on them?

Because that can make non unique settlers invisible

unfortunately, no... the only command that i use is tcl, tfc, and player.additem... i dont mess around with command.

yup am having a similar issue, except it's me and not npcs; am running ZeX's Skeleton, FusionGirl, OCBPC, MTM's Physics Preset and diverse bodies.

created BodySlides of apparel and the skeleton morphs and everything works fine for a bit until I randomly turn invis, am at a loss of what causes it.

used to run discrete female skeleton and that caused a different issue but found out that doesnt work with ZeX's skeleton so that's uninstalled and I rebuilt all the morphs.
