Stuck on loading screen when starting new game

I downloaded the mods using this guide

I wanted to get all my LL mods situated first before I go and move on to Nexus and begin my mod hell. But with just some off LL mods I have, I went to test out the game until I ran into some slight issue, whenever I start a new game it gets stuck on the loading screen. The longest I waited was around 10 mins, never had this issue before when I modded FO4. 
there was NO crashing or anything, just stuck on loading when starting a new game but here is my buffout log -
