Live in spouse house

I'm trying to see if such mod exist, Basically a mod that allows you to move to your spouse house or sleep in their bed,  instead of having to buy a property.

Eh yeah. It's part of vanilla skyrim and it's called mariage.

All this time I though that you had to buy a house.

 

I forgot to add that I want to adopt kids, maybe doesn't work with Hearthfire adoptions

It might be possible but I am not certain. Either way you should get married. If you have a spouse you can get free food, and gold. To marry you need to talk to Mamal about marriage in the temple of Mara. Then you need to find someone who is single while wearing the amulet of Mara. You should see the dialogue to ask if they are interested in you. Some npc's require you to become friends with them first before allowing this dialogue.
