No masturbate option for TV

Everything else works for WW except for the ability to initiate solo while watching porn on the TV.  The computer works just fine.  I grabbed a bunch of porn videos from Cinerotique and in the description is says "can masturbate while watching porn on TV" but no option shows.  I can watch porn on TV just fine but it's just there like watching a movie.  Things I have tried / additional info:
Bought new TVs, turned on solo triggers, SIM can masturbate while sitting on the couch without TV on, SIM can masturbate while on computer, does not work with or without Cinerotique installed, verified correct version (latest), when I click the TV I get the WW popup for sex and can choose handjob but there is nobody around to do that with so cannot choose.

 

Is there something I'm missing to get this to work?  Do I need a CC TV or something?  Any help is appreciated.

Yes. Click on the sim while watching, not on the TV.

If only TVs & computers could masturbate to the porn they were showing those who watch the stuff ??
