Flashing Background

Does anyone know what caused the flashing background.

I believe it have something to do with shadow.

I do not know, maybe something about the texture that handles the costume, but it seems like it has some kind of movement, does the costume was built over some other that had some kind of physics?, also, the falling snow, is an effect on the video or you integrated into the scenario and the game runs it?, if the game runs that falling snow maybe the textures have something to do with that, overlapping elements that use alpha channels tend to mess some things in the game, like in models, hairstyles and probably in scenarios.

Thanks for the help. This is the mod originally made by Peresabcod and I just modified a little bit. I believe that issue also existed in the original one.
