Sexout says I have v0 NVSE

When I went to the Sexout NG it said I needed the NVSE version v3beta2 with NVSE Extender 11. So I installed the two from the links provided, and I made sure it was v3beta2 on the NVSE website, it said "Sexout requires NVSE v11 you have v0. I don't know what to do, I tried reinstalling the two, and it didn't help. Does this effect my game? Nothing seems to be happening even though I have plugins installed.

It actually sounds like you have installed NVSE Extender (into the) wrong (folder); are you sure that the problem isn't caused by that?
