Sexlab mod configuration crashes when I go to use it

I am using the mod for the first time, it seems to start with no issues, when I start the game. The mods I have seem to start and function properly too. However, once I go to mod configurations, I can see Sexlabs there but if I click it my game just crashes. What can I do to fix this? Is it because I don't have any other relevant mods for it yet?

I changed some of the mods around/tried to download new versions. I can successfully click on the mod config menu now without crashing. However, I have another issue where all NPCs cant move. It's definitely a mod causing this but I don't know which one or why.

FNIS gives me this error:
