Female Sims Appearing with Penises, Can't Change Genitals

I've been having this issue where some of my female sims have penises and I can't get rid of them. The "genitals" option is greyed out for the female sims that have penises, but every male sim and female sim with a vagina the "genitals" option is usable. Can someone explain/help me understand why this is happening? Is there something in the wicked whims options I can change that can help make the genitals options under clothing & anatomy usable again?
