Fusion Girl skin that doesn't cause lag?

Everyone I've found that seems to work with face, hands, dirt marks; seem to require a fg patch and they work.... However, I get massive lag even tho the game says I am at a solid 60fps. Is this because I am on a 3070ti trying to use 4k skin textures? My game is light on visual mods. I just want a low key, 2k texture mod that allows dirt the match up with npc's faces.

Its probably because the skin mod you're using is in loose files instead of packed BSA with an ESP

So after learning to make ba2 I moved those texture files into their own ba2 files and then into archives that mo2 can install. The lag is gone and instead the the fps dips for a few seconds to load the textures now. 9000% better.
