[WIP] Dwemer-Styled Hideout

After playing the game for some time, I noticed there's a lack of accomodation in Winterhold (if you don't count Winterhold College and inn). And to me, as I liked that part of the map, it was a big drawback, so I decided to make my own hideout in those parts.

First of all, calling it a home would be an understatement. It's a massive underground complex consisting of 2 cells to lessen the load on the engine.

First cell:
1. Blacksmithy
    - forge, smelter, tanning rack, armor workbench and sharpening stone
    - racks for weapons and armor
2. Living area / dining hall
    - stone furniture
3. Kitchen
    - fireplace, food barrels, racks, tables
4. 5 small bedrooms
    - NPC rooms
5. Prison
    - 14 cells, doors opening on button-press
    - torture devices

Second cell:
1. Trophy room
    - 32 mannequins, many weapon display cases and racks
2. Library
    - large amount of bookshelves, enough space for all Skyrim books
    - alchemy and enchanting tables
3. Small bedroom
    - 2 single beds, intended for servants / companions
4. Master bedroom
    - double bed, shelves, table
5. Living area
    - fireplace, large table
6. Bath
    - decently sized pool, sitting and laying spots

Room layout is finished, now slowly furnishing and adding lights room by room.

Hideout would start as bandit infested ruins, and after clearing them you'd go around whole Skyrim getting people to work for you, fixing the complex and making it into a full furnished player home (or better said, underground town). I might possibly add 2 servants / followers, but I'll see about that. I'm new to Skyrim scripting so process of adding quests might take some time.
