Couldnt find a download for some censors that covers eyes, so I made some myself. Goes into the eyeglasses slot. This is the first time I've ever done any level of modeling or UV mapping, so things might look slightly stretched or otherwise misproportioned, but I've done my best. Feel free to make edits if you would like / need.

What seems to the error on your end? Im no expert but I can take a look into anything that youre seeing

it messes up my sim when i equip it

Hm, I'll admit im not too familiar with troubleshooting mods, but does it happen if you change clothing / bodies / custom skins?

unfortunately it seems to affect all sims even the base ones
