Looking for alternative devious device boots

I'm looking for this kind of boots, but i really dont find this kind of ballet shoes appealing.

 

Something like the ebonite boots but with "stocking" as part of it would be perfect.

Nah, i want a long boot that looks like the 1st picture but instead of the ballet shoes, a more "regular" high-heel.

 

The reason i need this is because some DD item, like the straitjackets and all of its variants, somehow overwrite the feet slot as well even though they don't cover the feet, so everytime someone puts it on, they lose their shoes, so i can only match it with DD shoes, and there arent many "normal" looking high-heels.

You then have to do that yourself - i.e. create a boot and integrate it into the DD system
