Follow the instructions I posted, and that's it, you don't need to do more

So I followed the litany as proscribed by the generator and in doing so, downloaded the sacred file and then performed the holy rite of "dropping it" into the Modfinder cogitator. Following several more litanies of reading comprehension I activated the skin by searching "modified" in the included section of the "ReDress" mod in the ToyBox window, and then deactivated the base body, and praise the Omnissiah! for booba has been granted.

How it works : 

Put it in ModFinder

In game, go to ReDress, your character, Show Include Section then look for  or bdb80d167e7a5b849b5282aa312571f4

You want to include it

Then, in the exclude section, you want to exclude  and your base outfit, in my case 

And voilà ! I haven't tested for other characters yet, it should work? I'm not sure
