Sims are shooing others while using toilet

Hello. I ran into an issue with peeing. I am pretty sure before Sims could stay in bathroom when other Sim was using a toilet no matter their relationship. However, now, that is not an issue for Sims that are not romantically involved. I can do pretty much anything else in the bathroom, but peeing is a big no-no for my Sims. Any help would be appreciated.

I think it depends on their level of naturism how comfortable they are to show nudity to others.

Also if the sim have the "fair of nudity" trait they need a very high relationship to be comfortable.
