Simulation lag after For Rent installed

I'm getting some serious simulation lag since For Rent and its patch came out.  (I didn't play in the time between the patch release and the expansion release, so unfortunately I can't narrow it down to one or the other.)  I tried removing all of the objects, animations, etc and running with just the mod itself installed, and the sim lag is still there. I've had to uninstall for the moment, to keep my Sims from standing around nodding for 20-30 game minutes before acting on every command. Has anyone else seen this, or if it's not widespread, any ideas on what might be causing it in my game?  

 

(The only other script mod I run is Basemental Drugs, and I've tested it and am pretty sure it's not related to the problem)

I have the same problem after the update released just before For Rent , I cannot play anymore , is lagging too much , I hope some fixing bug update to come out soon .
