Can't select penis for teen sims

I have the latest version of Wicked Whims and went to customize my teen sim, but can't click on  modify body parts. The option does not pop up for him. It work for his dad. I made sure all the mods I use are up to date and have custom penises by Noir. I took out the inapropriate unlocks mod incase that was causing the problem but it isn't. Anyone else having this problem?
