instant undress missing after patch

hello, a couple days ago there was an option on the pie wheel under actions to undress sims.  then undress everything.  i could do this anywhere in the world. that is no longer on my wheel and i can't figure out why the setting changed.. now, here's the thing.. i did start a fresh sim. what i mean by that is that i started a brand new neighbohood with a new family. this basically reset WW so i dont know if its a patch thing or a setting thing.. but now i have to ask sims to undress. this matters because i like embarassing rude or mean or snobbish npc sims with the added benefit of the occaisional boobie flashes. big fan of saving second bases in game.  anyways.. currently naturism settings are on.
