Nemesis 99 stuck

I dont have FNIS, i have 32 bit windows 7 and skyrim LE. Nemesis works with zaz animations or flowergirls or sexlab defeat, but it stucks when i use DD, it stucks at 99 percent; before that (around 10 percent) it tells me that papyrus complier cant open (error 0xc000007b). I used both 0.84 and 0.83c versions, installed NFT 3.5 and excluded nemesis in windows defender, but to no avail.
