[Recommendation] I need a mod that adds a Devious Devices vendor thats not DCL

I currently have a bunch of DD devices from Deviously enchanted chests triggering but no where to sell them, please help.

P.S: Is there a more updated Deviously Helpless version somewhere or is v1.17a the latest one?

Laura's Bondage Shop is what I use for that, it's just outside Whiterun and she has something like 4k gold to buy items with.
