Armor request

I stumbled across this mod and particularly liked the thieves guild armor model, If anybody would be willing to complete it or make something similar for the unp or cbbe body, it would be very much appreciated here is a link to the armor I like. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/16781 Here is one without to the shorts already configured for unp. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19772 or if nobody is interested could I get and idea of how hard it is to create in game clothing models. with tutorials and programs needed. If you read the title of the mod it says its for the CBBE V3M body which is basically, i think, a more curvy variant of the CBBE body
