Very Simple Denial quest

What I'm looking for is a very simplistic orgasm denial roleplay spell.

 

All i want is the following:

1. A spell that can be cast to turn the effect on/off.

2. While on, the game will occasionally display text (which can ideally be customized via .json file) about the character's climbing orgasm yet inability to orgasm.

3. Same as 2 but occurs during any/every sexlab orgasm for the player.

4. Applies a slavetat (which I will provide below) whenever the spell is set to on.

• If you want to have additional tats, I don't mind. But I'm only asking for the one.

 

Things I am not asking for:

• Any complicated quests.
• Any actual gameplay effects or changes in how sexlab works.

 

Things I am okay with but not asking for:

• Buffs Debuffs
• For the spell to be applied to NPCs (I'm fine as long as it works on the player. But again not opposed to it working on NPCs.)

 

I just want the mod to be very simple. Primarily for roleplay purposes more than anything else.

 

If anyone wants to take this concept and make expanded versions, I am okay with them using my provided texture. But I want a simple version.

 

Note, the texture attached was made using a CBBE body model, but probably works well enough on UNP. At most the only thing that would need to be done is to connect any gaps in the chain links.
