not a serious issue, but does anyone know what mod put this giant cow in my game?

Select it in the console and you'll get its formid. The first 2 numbers are the plugin index, i.e. the source mod.

 

Edit: I'd suspect its a mod by sheson. For some reason that author likes to add cows. Only seen them in loading screens so far though.

that's the DynDoLod cow, it has an ESP you can disable. It's meant to test whether your LOD's are working or not.
