Strip club issue when traveling

When I travel to the strip club out of the opening hour, every employee travels there with my sims even when I didn't choose them to go with. After that, they will go home and will return in the opening hour but it seems that caused the mccc error notification.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
