JarrenFN,  Sorry, the correct name is DeathSpoke.  At the top of the page, on the left, click on downloads, Sims 4, clothing.  Also check under accessories.  After you download them into your Mods folder, they're listed as Deathpoke.  Theuso has a universal bulge for the pants and full outfits.  Tighter pants have a bigger bulge.

I really tried but I can't find DeathSpoke's opened clothes anywhere.
