help!!!!!!!!!!!!i m getting crazy,SOS says lost PapyrusUtil.dll!!!!!!!!!

Guys,i have a Technical issue,did anyone download the schlongs of skyrim before?when i install the mod and lanuch the game,The game says i lost a dll file called PapyrusUtil.dll or the version is too old,The male character should be naked but it's always wearing a fking brown underwear.i tried different versions and it still not work,the game still tell me the version is nor correct.i turn back my game version to 1.5.97 and got skse64(2.0.17v)i have download the XPMSE this is my mod ordination can someone help me to see my character's genitalia?

There was an update for the base game and they have not made a new PapyrusUtil.dll yet.  Its annoying but we are going to have to wait for it.
