Randomly changing relationship ranks

Sorry if this isn't the right place to post. I'm pretty sure it's one of my SexLab related mods but I can't be certain as I'm unable to find a cause.

 

So, basically what's happening is that NPCs will randomly react poorly to my presence. They'll say mean things or whatever which I thought was weird. So I checked their relationship rank using the console. For some reason the affected NPCs were set as rivals when I didn't have any interaction with them beforehand. So I was checking more random NPCs and still, rivals showed up often. Then I started a new game. I started as being Erik's childhood friend from the LAL mod. I checked him after a couple minutes and he was set to 2 instead of 3. (I checked by reloading to the last save point which he was at 3.) I went outside and a guard was set to rivals. Also, another guard was set to friend. Which wouldn't make any sense. Guards don't really get to friends as far as I know. It also doesn't happen to the same NPC every time. Like I said, Erik was set to 2 but reloading showed him to be at 3.

I'm completely at a loss as to which mod is doing that but it's getting really annoying and I'm desperate for help.

[EDIT] Oh, I forgot to mention I'm on the Legendary Edition.

So I think the culprit is either SexLab Attraction or SexLab Approach. I disabled them both and I haven't seen any NPC with a different relationship rank.
