WCIF: Run Down/broken/dirty furniture

Hey! I found a motel lot on here that I want to convert into a dingy slum motel for my prostitutes and dealers to do business. Everything looks good, but the furniture looks a little to nice to match the atmosphere, haha. 

 

I'm looking for busted beds, ugly chairs/tables, broken and stained furniture, etc. Thanks!
