Buttons to control camera are the same for scene progress

I wanted to record a few scenes and on my first try I noticed that pressing Q doesnt just move to the next scene in the suggestion list, it also lowers the camera angle while in free camera mode. This is heavily conflicting.

 

Is there a way for us to change the keybinds?
