Nolvus mod installer?

It does look pretty and seems to incorporate lots of mods which I like. Does anyone have any experience with it? Were you happy?

 

Also, how customisable was it?

It’s popular because people are too lazy to build their own modlist. So they download said modlist and then complain here because their game crashes.
