Has anyone downloaded this mod?

I've tried to follow the author's directions and I've done similar before but changing the extension to .zip does nothing

Load up the full picture into the browser (it's a PNG) and just right-click and save it to your PC.  It saves as a PNG.

Give it a new name on your PC and then zip or 7z the image. Or leave it as a PNG and use it as intended for transferring to to skin.

As a Zip or 7z it would be ready for use in MO2 or Vorex, I assume.

Is that what the author intends?

When it gets renamed to a zip file it's suppose to be\turn back to the mod they shared instead of just an image file. Not sure how or why they do this, it just doesn't work an becomes an invalid zip for me.

 

Edit: Derp... Loading it in MO2 actually shows the files. I assumed too much because the file size was the same and i couldn't unzip.
