Can't Get Rid of Female Penis

Hi! So recently in my game some of my female sims have penises and some of them don't and I don't know why that's happening (in CAS, sim sits down to pee/sim can get pregnant is already selected). When I go to body selector to see if I can remove the penis, it still doesn't go away. I've gone through my mods folder to see if I downloaded a female penis and I deleted the ones I found but each time I come back to the game the penis is still there. Can someone help me? And if possible, do you know what penis this is so I can find it in my mods folder to delete it? Thank you!

Update: I found a solution for the problem and this is for others that have the same issue as me. 

 

1. Go into CAS

2. Change your sim's gender to male

3. Change the gender back to female (your sim will still have their outfits and such on as before)

 

And now your female sim should have a vagina instead of a penis
