Nipples and Penises not showing in CAS

Hello there.  I've noticed recently that my Sims do not have all their parts while in CAS!  I have wild guy, eve, mikkoi and miiko parts....should I only have them from one creator?  Or is it okay to have them all?  I have WW installed too.  Some of my Sims do have their parts.....so I'm not sure what's going on! Why do some have them and some others don't?  I tried to find a page on these mods to see if maybe I was missing a required file but I can't find anything about that.  I've also noticed the underwear is missing in CAS and I used to have it show on all Sims there.  Thanks for any suggestions that you guys can provide!

You may have to choose new nipples yourself, take a look at accessories or tattoos, they are in there
