SOS schlongs not getting assigned/shrinking instead of growing in size

Having a rather bizarre bug - like said in the title, male characters don't get any schlong assigned and instead they're all selected as no-schlong option. Upon manually assigning them one, the genitals shrink instead of growing on changing the size in the settings. It works perfectly fine on player character though, probably because he's using racemenu to determine the shape.

 

Already tried resetting SOS in the MCM and it didn't help at all.

 

Update: everything works normally on a new game/different save. Think I messed up some scripts in this one by editing the values?

Update: After a bit of testing this is somehow related to sexlab itself? Schlongs work normally on a new game until installing Sexlab, then the bug happens again.
