(Gay) Porn Studio Build

Seeing as how any porn studio build I've found doesn't want to place in world I've decided to start building my own in the hills of Del Sol Valley, aimed at man-on-man action (though once it's done I'm sure it could be used for anyone).  I've yet to play the Adult Entertainment mods (seeing as how no studio would work), so just wondering if there was anything specific about the lot that I needed to include to make it functional?

 

Right now I have, non-scene rooms:

 - Reception

 - Editing Suite

 - Executive's Office

 - Green Room

 - Equipment Stores

 - Meeting Room

 - Performer Changing Rooms

 - Toilets

 

Scene Rooms:

 - Classroom

 - Locker Room

 - Gym

 - House (2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, lounge)

 - Jail Cell & Interrogation Room

 - Garage

 - Doctor's Office

 - Massage Room

 - Balcony 

 - Outdoor Pool

 

Potential Scene Rooms (might be added another storey or basement):

 - Bar

 - Cinema

 - Barn/Farm/Ranch/Stable

 - Public Toilet

 - Office

 

Any advice/suggestions/thoughts would be appreciated.
