Save bugged?

First time modding anything, so could 100% be my fault, but I couldn't find anything in the common issues or index. Basically, I had everything working well, until two Sims actually had sex for the first time. First off, the only thing they could do was Doggy, pressing Next did nothing, randomise said that there wasn't any other animation. Aside from that, when I used the Cum feature, it ended up on the male Sim? But that might've been because I clicked on him by accident, because I think it did work later. Aside from that I don't think there's anything wrong.
