Sexlab Defeat not working properly.

So, the problem that i am having starts when a i try to submit an npc either sleep on downed. When i try to active the Npc, I get the initial menu, but the secondary menu does not appear. Moreover, I surrender option does not work either. Does anyone know what could be cause this issues
