Ho dovuto acquistare un nuovo pc, e con questo il fallout 4 non parte più. 

lLa nuova macchina ha una scheda video NVIDIA GF RTX 4070 e win11.

Did you reinstall the game on the newly purchased PC... or just put the hard drive from the old PC into the new PC?
