Sims portrait pictures taking ages to load in both relationship panel and my households causing possible lag

So I've been having this issue for the last few weeks since playing where the portraits of sims in the relationship panel and the households panel in the world view keep refreshing and taking ages to load, this seems to be causing general lagginess to my game so when I first load it up everything is sluggish with mouse movements and clicking on things, it eventually clears up but it seems to be happening everytime I load the game up. It's mostly happening with one save game though and the save game does have alot of sims in it. I've tried reloading the game 2 or 3 times and it seems to clear up after the 3rd time of loading, I really don't want to keep doing this to make it run smoothly though.

I checked for any updates to my mods and they are as up to date as they can be, my graphics driver is up to date and Windows is up to date, I've tried deleting the localthumbcache.package and repairing the game in Steam verifying the files but it keeps happening so I'm thinking it must be a mod somewhere causing this that I've missed to update.

Is anyone else experiencing this or have experienced this and knows of a way round it? I've also checked the game directory and the only cache related folders I see are cachestr and onlinethumbnailcache, there is no standalone cache folder? Should there be a standalone cache folder?

Attached were my last exceptions related reports, so if anyone can shed some light I would be most grateful as this is driving me nuts now and making me want to uninstall the damn game.

Just to add I've tried the Simulation Lag Fix mod with mixed results, it's started causing more last exceptions than before so I've removed that mod now, also I have a suspicion that Zulf's No random generated townie mod may need updating and could be causing the lag but there isn't a good alternative that I like using at the moment, can anyone recommend a no random townie generation mod as an alternative?

asiashamecca_Careers_UltimateDancer last update was in 2019 - I'd remove it.

brainblasted_InjectionTools might be very outdated and I also found some info about it here: https://modthesims.info/download.php?t=666287&c=1&goto=newpost the user had similar issues like you, so maybe this mod is the cause - I'd remove it together with a mod that needs it to work, cause chances are it's outdated too.

LittleMsSam_AutoEmployee now has an updated version that doesn't need separate script file but uses  XML Injector by Scumbumbo - iupdate it.

I checked just the script mods, so remove or update the ones mentioned above, clear game catche in Sims 4 folder (in Documents) and test game again.

So to update, I removed asiahamecca_Careers_UlitmateDancer, Brainblasted_InjectionTools and updated LittleMsSam_AutoEmployee as suggested but it hasn't made any difference whatsoever.

When I load up the save and go into Manage Households, all the portrait pictures need loading again despite them being loaded fully the last time I played, hovering over households in world view again the portrait pictures are loading back in slowly, these were loaded fully last time I played, why do they keep needing to be reloaded?

Although live mode seems to be a little smoother despite the sims sometimes standing there staring at each other for a minute before performing any actions, the portrait pictures in the relationship panel are reloading again despite them being fully loaded the last time I played, and when my sim talks to another sim their picture in the top box is blank and takes ages to load, this is getting really annoying now.

Maybe try on a new game (with and withouth any mods) and maybe also on this old save withouth any mods too (just don't save during test on this save to not mess up your progress).

Maybe it's save file itself being corrupted somehow or there is a conflict between other mods still.

I think I may have solved this for the time being, I temporarily removed Cepzids No Randoms mod as it hasn't been updated since Horse Ranch came out and the lag seems to have gone for the moment, in terms of the portrait pictures they have loaded alot quicker, they still need reloading after the localthumbcache has been cleared but I can put up with that as long as the lag has gone.

It seems the No Randoms mod caused quite a few other little annoyances as well, slightly messing with the sim spawn generation on community lots and a minor conflict with a couple of LittleMissSams lot mods too, so I'll play for a while without this No Randoms mod and see how it goes, I don't know if there is another alternative No Randoms mods that is up to date and doesn't mess with certain things as mentioned above.

I have a bunch of unplayed households who can fill the roles at the moment but I don't want the ugly random generated sims.
