Need help with mods

hi as the title says i need help, i have installed mods on the game that seem to be installed ''correctly'' as all hotkeys and all for mods do appear and work well but the mods themselves don't work it seems only the shadow of the costumes work when using the costume mods if it makes sense, like the costume itself doesn't change as it should but the shadow does, i never had this problem does anyone have a fix please?
