Hello, the larger penis sizes are still distorted, I followed the instructions on the website and made sure no mods were downloaded that would conflict.

What kind of penis exactly? Please at least upload a screenshot here. The bone structure of the penis has been reduced relatively recently, so an older, larger penis will not be able to move properly because it will be referencing data that does not exist. Maybe the penis you tried to use is Noir or SIMDULGENCE. Noir should get a new penis by referring to the latest information from Patreon, and the SIMDULGENCE data on LL is old, so please get a SIMDULGENCE penis from here.
